Today I’m bringing a little fitness Motivation to your feed so we can get this week started off right! Maxim and I tried this Upper Body HIIT workout by MrAndMrsMuscle and boy did we break a sweat. It’s the perfect high intensity workout flow to wake up your muscles and get your blood flowing.
The workout:
4 rounds // 30s Active // 10s rest between exercises
1. Burpees
2. Walk to Knee Tap
3. Triceps Dips
4. Seated Close Grip Overhead Press
