STYLING A MINI SKIRT OUTFIT FOR THE SUMMER
Summer outfits have arrived on the scene! Today I am going to show you how to style an easy and light mini skirt outfit that is perfect for a weekend brunch, a day at the park, shopping with your girls & elevated enough to be a party look after dark. – The Mini skirt is what anchors this look. I went with a white bow skirt from Zara. You can shop the MSGM version here. I love the big bow on the skirt, it adds feminine flair and definitely makes it stand out (get skirt here).
– For the top, I went with a lightweight crop-top & a matching cardigan in a dusty pink color. I think pink balances nicely with the white skirt & also plays along with the feminine vibe of the whole outfit. You can wear it off the shoulder during the day and fully on at night (get similar cardigan here).
– For accessories, I added a 3rd color in a green crossbody bag from Aldo. I love the gold chain accents and jewel embellishments on this bag (get the bag here & gold bag chain here).
– Add white sandals for comfort during the day. Switch to green pumps for the night (similar here).
– Finish the look with an elegant pearl body chain coming all the way around the shoulders and the waist. This really ties the whole mini skirt outfit together nicely (similar here).
