Condado Beach is an upscale oceanfront neighborhood in San Juan. It’s main draw is the beach that is located just blocks from the vibrant area surrounding it. Overlooking numerous high-rise hotels and condos, the juxtaposition of white sand and turquoise water with the high-rise hotels and condos right on the beach, definitely gave me Miami Beach vibes. It’s perfect for travelers who want to go to a beautiful Caribbean beach without having to travel far from the city. After soaking up the sun during the day, numerous restaurants and eateries are just a short walk away.
1st: San Juan is taking it’s Covid-19 precautions seriously and there is a city-wide curfew from 10 p.m. – 5 a.m. that is being enforced. That means, get a good night’s sleep and rise early to explore everything San Juan has to offer!
2nd: While Condado Beach is perfect for soaking up the sun and walks on the beach, it’s not the best place for swimming due to strong currents. If you want to go for a serious swim, try neighboring Playita del Condado, a smaller beach with calmer waters that is just as beautiful.
It’s a beach so grab a swimsuit! Anything goes really 😊 For the latest styles, try anything with strategically placed cutouts, animal prints, ties and ruffles, high-cut briefs and one-pieces.
I am wearing the Reversible Iris Triangle Top and Reversible Iris Bikini in Pistachio, both by Solid & Striped.
Start with an All-Over Sunscreen by Solid & Striped. Add some glow with Shimmering Body Oil by Moroccanoil. Hydrate your lips with Sugar Passionfruit Hydrating Lip Balm by Fresh. And don’t forget after-sun care with After-Sun Milk by Moroccanoil. Your skin will thank you after a long day soaking up the sun!
